This Playa Vista neo-angle enclosure uses Opti-White low-iron glass, including a 175-pound, 1/2-inch panel notched around the shower bench. A second 1/2-inch support panel sits on the pony wall.
CWM clamps, one glass-to-glass hinge and one wall-mounted hinge support the layout without turning the enclosure into a conventional framed system. The glass was treated with EnduroShield.
A 99-Inch Steam Enclosure with Transom
This Playa del Rey steam shower reaches from the curb to the ceiling at 99 inches tall. The door swings inward and outward, and the movable transom provides controlled ventilation above it.
