Ordering and Turnaround Time: What to Expect

No Enduroshield
  • Tempering Process: Enduroshield option is not available during the tempering process.
Turnaround Time
  • Extended Duration: Due to the custom tempering process and longer delivery times, expect approximately 10 days from the order for the glass to arrive in our shop for inspection and scheduling.
CAD Drawing
  • Design Approval: All designs are converted into a CAD drawing after the measure appointment and must be signed off by the customer prior to ordering. Sent via DocuSign.

    • Ceramic Ink: The grid lines are NOT metal. They are created using ceramic ink and glass particles, which are fused into the glass at over 700 degrees during the tempering process.
